THE CONTROVERSY ON THE HIGHEST COURT REQUIRED FINAL DECISION THAT SET LIMITATION ON THE TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES RIGHTS TO CONTROL FREQUENT EMPLOYEES AND CITIZENS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST DEMONSTRATION AND STRIKE HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED AS THE CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL LEGISLATIVE JUDICIARY FINANCIAL AND SECURITY ISSUE OF THE WEEK.


    The controversy on tariff dispute became major political financial legislative Judiciary industrial development and security issue of the week that required the Highest Court final decision, after governments in the European Union countries and particularly in Germany have repeatedly not succeeded in their separate attempts, or the unified Joined effort to end frequent tariff dispute in their countries. particularly the recent series of tariff dispute that has threatened major industries financial stability and future better financial and economic prospects in Germany with the European Union countries and as far as in the United States of America, after Trade Unions with employees and citizens of the mentioned various industries have repeatedly gone to the streets to protest by demonstration and strike their unheeded demands for tariff increase in both the public and private sector that have been generally described as five percent tariff increase for employees of various industries and specifically of the companies in the various forms of transportation that entailed the air transportation network systems the rail road transportation network systems and the on road transportation network systems that have frequently caused extended transportation problems in the mentioned and various transportation network systems as a result of the Trade Unions and employees frequent demand for tariff, or pay increase that has been specified as five percent tariff increase with emphasis on better insurance premiums and social security benefits, after retirement age of both the government's public sector, or private sector employees which have unfortunately not been resolved as required by the government the trade unions and employees of various  fields of work that both requires physical fitness and mental health, or higher intelligence. The Trade Unions members employees of both the public and private sectors with the citizens in the Democratic Republic of Germany the European Union countries, or elsewhere and as far as in the far away countries of the United States of America and many other countries of this World in which democratic values as Democracy itself equality liberty and capitalism would be more than required by the systems and Institutions such as the banks the free markets economies and Investment businesses to perfectly perform at its maximum capacity of efficiency at home and in the foreign countries in which financial and businesses performance have been unified by day trade and over the wide range cyber networks. The bank Institutions with the Investment businesses in countries with such enhanced capitalistic and effective financial and businesses performance should be encouraged to perform even better than to discourage and undermine individuals, or group of Investors objectives for better financial performance and brighter economic prospects in the USA the European Union countries and around many countries of this World, specially in the countries with increasing demand for tariff, or pay increase by trade unions and employees that have caused frequent citizens indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike, due to the unheeded demands for tariff increase which has been specified as five percent tariff increase for both the public and the private sector in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the various major countries of the World as in the USA. However, it has remained unknown, if Germany's or the European Union countries new approach to this problem solution by legislative control, or Judiciary guidance in the High Court required final decision that has set range of limitations on Trade Unions employees and citizens Constitutional and Civil Rights for, and against tariff dispute with employees frequent indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike that may hurt many industries in Germany the Eurozone countries and other countries that may be regarded as more capitalistic countries as the United States of America and the previously mentioned other capitalistic countries in the Eurozone Britain Canada Australia the far away Eastern countries of China Japan South Korea with the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries. These set of limitation specified in the Highest Court  required final decision for the control of frequent citizens civil indiscipline over tariff dispute in the European Union countries, particularly in the Democratic Republic of Germany entailed the limitation of Trade Unions power to organize employees and citizens frequent protest by demonstration and strike during tariff dispute between the trade unions employees and citizens of the mentioned countries.
