NATO ALLIED MEMBER COUNTRIES HIGH RANK DELEGATES CONVENED IN THE TURKEY CITY OF ANKARA OVER THE LAST WEEKEND AND DISCUSSED WIDE RANGE SIGNIFICANT DEFENSE SECURITY HUMAN AND CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES WITH EMPHASIS ON FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY FOR JOURNALISTS.

NATO allied member countries convened in the NATO member country of Turkey, specifically in the city of Ankara over the last weekend and discussed wide range significant issues that concern the NATO and the NATO member countries, specially Turkey. NATO General Secretary Stoltenberg and Turkey President Recept Tayip Erdogan  with the Defense Secretaries and delegates of the NATO member countries attended the convention on which the defense Organization intended to diversify its defense security and peace responsibility in to more diversify responsibility that should include broader scope defense issues such as intervention against terrorism by direct involvement in constant surveillance within and beyond borders of the member and none member NATO countries by use of sophisticated high technology surveillance equipment and devices that enable constant monitoring of the frequently elevated security watch by satellites and by use of unmanned vehicle known as Drones, or the Surveillance planes known as EWACS. Besides, the Organization well known responsibility as the defense Organization that negotiates defense Treaties that should include other responsibilities such as security Human Rights abuse watch intervention for humanitarian and peaceful purpose and for the freedom of speech for the Journalists. Few of the mentioned wide range defense issues entailed disarmament Treaties with the ban on the use of destructive weapons such as the atomic bomb long range ballistic missiles armed with nuclear war heads as required by the None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty and the long range ballistic and Continental Missiles that may be launched against targets in the far away distance and Continents. Freedom of speech for all and specially for the Journalists with possible diplomatic immunity has been required during the NATO Convention held in the Turkey largest city of Ankara in which the government of Turkey has arrested tens and hundreds of Journalists that have exercised criticism against the actions of the current government in Turkey, special the actions that have been directed against suspects of the recent failed coup attempt in the country. Unfortunately these actions, or security measures against suspects have resulted in further arrests suspensions and human, or civil rights violation that required the European Union and NATO member countries attention for possible solution of the current problems that may pave reconsideration of Turkey membership in the European Union Member countries, if Turkey fulfill all the required conditions that have been required of every European Union and NATO member country. However, President Erdogan has requested more assistance for the fight against terrorism in Turkey and possibly in the neighboring countries as Turkey government has been fully involved in the fight against terrorism beyond its sovereign borders as in the wars in Syria Northern Iraq region and Kurdistan. President Tayip Erdogan threats of relinquishment of his government's current refugees and asylum responsibility may continue, if the European Union fail to further allocate financial and humanitarian assistance to facilitate the Turkey government effort toward the solution of refugee and asylum crisis in Western Europe, despite the European Union and Germany recent allocation of the amount that exceeded three billion Euros for the solution to the current refugee and asylum crisis in Turkey.
