BRITAIN'S GOVERNMENT NEW APPROACH TO DECISION MAKING PROCESS AND PROBLEMS SOLUTION HAS BACK FIRED AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT AND CITIZENS DEMAND FOR BREXIT.

British government scientific approach to problems solution and decision making process by the involvement of all the branches of system of government in the required policy making process, or the decision making process and fair accountability methods on difficult and significant issues that entailed the legislative political Judiciary financial economic and social issues has unfortunately outraged the British citizens and back fired against the government, after the High Court in Britain with the Parliament's support ruled against the Prime Minister unilateral decision making without the Parliaments consent on various issues, particularly on the process for Britain exit from the European Union Membership until the end of the Year two thousand and seventeen that may require early Parliamentary debates and early general election, if both the High Court and the Parliament object the clemency and the decision respectively which has been regarded as violation of the British High Court Article Fifty. This violation of the branches of the system of government rights to fair accountability methods in policy making and decision making process on various controversial, or significant  issues within Britain and the United Kingdom, specially on issues that may cause political, or decision making crisis that directly affects the government with the citizens as the current controversy on Brexit in the European Union and the United kingdom, except in Britain. However, the required final decision of the British High Court that may, or may not overturn the ruling on the Prime Minister's decision for the continuation of Britain's exit from the European Union as required by the Referendum and within the specified time period that has been until the end of next Year, specifically in the Year two thousand and seventeen, or upheld the clemency of Brexit Opponents demand for the approval of the Parliament's involvement in the decision making process for the exit of Britain from the European Union Membership by further debates that may halt the foreseeable political crisis within Britain and the United Kingdom.  Another, or second Referendum may be required to determine Britain's new direction since the first Referendum with the results of fifty two percent for and forty eight percent against Britain's exit from the Eurozone Membership  has been regarded as relatively tied results within the margins of positive three and negative three percent which means the difference of only one percent that should not trigger Britain's immediate, or long term exit from the European Union Countries Membership, due to citizens demand and without the approval of other branches of the system of government as the executives of the ruling Political Party with the Opposition Political Party members, the Members of Parliament and Britain's High Court.
