UKRAINE HAS BEEN FOR THE BIG BITE ON EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL PACKAGES, INSPITE OF THE CURRENT CRISIS IN CRIMEA.

Ukraine has been up for the big bite on Europe's financial packages as the European Union Parliament allocated fourteen to eighteen billion euros in financial packages assistance for Ukraine, inspite of the current crisis in Ukraine and the separated Island of Crimea. Fnancial and economic reform seemed to preceed the required basic  and complex structural reform with the political changes for the formation of a recognized government, instead of the interim, or transitional government, particularly with regard to the scheduled Parliamentary and Presidential election on the 25th of May in the year 2014. A new elected President of Ukraine may resolve current Constitutional Amendment problems, political dispute between the major and varied political parties opinions on the current major issues in Ukraine, specially on the separation of the Island with the split of the citizens of Ukraine that comprised of Ukraine citizens, Ukraine citizens of russian origin, Russians  and the Muslims minority over participation in government's highest political, military posts and other services.
