MILITARY INTERVENTION MAY NOT BE AN ALTERNATIVE MEASURE FOR THE RESTORATION OF ORDER AND PEACE IN UKRAINE AND THE ISLAND OF KRIM IN THE EXPECTED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES MEETING IN WHICH THE USA AND RUSSIA HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED, EXCEPT TOUGHER SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, WHEN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT HAS REPEATEDLY REJECTED ANY MILITARY ACTION.

MILITARY INTERVENTION MAY NOT BE AN ALTERNATIVE MEASURE FOR THE RESTORATION OF ORDER AND PEACE IN UKRAINE AND THE ISLAND OF KRIM IN THE EXPECTED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES MEETING IN WHICH THE USA AND RUSSIA HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED, EXCEPT TOUGHER SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, WHEN THE EUROPAN UNION PARLIAMENT HAS REPEATEDLY REJECTED ANY MILITARY ACTION.

European countries have called for an extra-ordinary meeting of  European countries that has been scheduled to take place on Sunday, March16th in the year 2014 for further discussion of the crisis in Ukraine with possible solution, or penalties against Russia's political defiance and continued military intervention in Crimea that has been described as Russia's continued show of its military muscles in the Island of Krim which the West has referred to as violation of an independent sovereign nation rights to its territorial integrity without the Security Council Resolution that authorizes compliance with the World's Body regulations, or the intervention by military with possible use of military force, when it has been necessary to do so. However, Russia has done all that which may be regarded as the required precautionary measures that ensures order and peace in time of crisis, but without the necessary consultation procedures with the Security Council as dictated by the Russian government Doctrines which the Russian Parliament amended in the years 2003, 2008 and 2013 respectively. Military intervention may not be an alternative measure for the restoration of order and peace in Ukraine and the Island of Krim, except the predicted tougher sanction against Russia in the expected meeting in which the USA and Russia have been excluded, when the European Union Parliament has repeatedly rejected any Western countries military action.
