RUSSIA CLEAR INTENTION AGAINST POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR IN UKRAINE WITH THE EMPHASIS ON THE HALT OF RUSSIAN TROOPS REDEPLOYMENT IN THE RUSSIAN UKRAINE BORDER.
President Putin pointed clearly in the latest televised press conference Russia's intention against possible outbreak of war in Ukraine between the Russian Army and the Ukraine Forces with possible Western countries involvement. Besides, the emphasis on the halt of further redeployment of the Russian Army in the Russian Ukraine border, if Russian citizens lives have not been endangered in anyway during the current insecurity and power struggle crisis in the capital Kiev, the Island of Krim and Donetsk. However, the World Leaders and various countries reaction to the crisis in Ukraine varied considerably, particularly with regard to the relationship to Russia as the youngest Democracy with economic market and capitalistic oriented economy for the required financial freedom and steady economic growth. The USA and European Union have announced their intention to end military co-operation and relationship with Russia, while many regions in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe have demonstrated their support for President Putin and Russia Federation.
