RUSSIA AND CHINA OBIECTION AGAINST THE FIRST AND THE SECOND RESOLUTIONS FOR AGAINST SYRIA MAY HAVE ATTRIBUTED TO THE WORSENING SECURITY CONDITION ----

RUSSIA AND CHINA OBJECTION AGAINST THE FIRST AND THE SECOND UN RESOLUTIONS FOR ACTION AGAINST SYRIA MAY HAVE ATTRIBUTED TO THE WORSENING SECURITY CONDITION AND THE OUTBREAK OF CIVIL WAR IN SYRIA.

Russia and China objection to the first and second UN Resolutions intended for action against the Syrian government for the prevention of insecurity in Syria and further death of civilian population in the town of Homs which so far has included women and children among the over fourty four civilian population that have lost their lives in the town of Homs may have attributed to the worsening security condition in Syria that has officially been declared as the outbreak of civil war in Syria between the Militia forces and the government forces, despite the former High Commissioner for the UN Kofi Annan latest peace initiative for cease fire in the town of Homs and other towns in the neighborhood. However, President Assad insistence to proceed with the scheduled election in may after the Constitutional Amendment has reassured both the Military and his supporters about his confidence in the government's measures for security and peace in Syria, inspite of the outbreak of civil war in the town of Homs.
