Mounting pressure among leaders, the high rank Executives, military Generals, Politicians, Intellectuals and some citizens for the required positive decision making process on the Nuclear Dispute to avert the rising tension with the spread of fear, due to possible outbreak of yet another armed conflict and the fourth war in either the Persian Gulf and the Arab world region, or in Pyongyang/North Korea has remained the world's leaders concern and the media highlight of the week in various Continents of the world, particularly in the United States of America, Israel, Iran, the Middle Eastern countries, Asia, the Arab world and the North African countries. However, there has not been any report on renewed exchange of gun-fire, or rather the frequent military skirmishes between the Iranian forces and the United States of America Navy in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Homuz and in the Gulf of Oman.
