THE WORSENING GOVERNMENT CRISIS AND SECURITY CONDITION IN SYRIA HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS THE OUTBREAK OF CIVIL WAR IN SYRIA.

The Syria citizens unheeded demand by demonstration, or citizens uprising against President Assad to relinquish power for the change of the system of government in the capital Damascus, besides the President refusal to step down, or permit foreign governments and foreign Organizations intervention in Syrian domestic affairs, inspite of the current unrest in Syria have been regarded as attributes of the worsening government crisis and the worsening security condition that has been referred to as the outbreak of civil war in Syria that required foreign intervention to rescue lives and restore order in Syria by an alternative means, rather than the intensified sanction against the Syrian government that seemed ineffective to compel President Assad to accept the domestic and the foreign governments intervention in his government domestic affairs which he emphasized in his first government televised address to the public after seven months of silence that the problem in Syria can be resolved by Constitutional amendment and renewed election in the entire nation.
