GERMANY'S CURRENT AND THE PROJECTED ECONOMIC AND INDUSTRIAL GROWTH, INSPITE OF ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN THE USA AND THE WORLD'S FINANCIAL MARKETS HAS GAINED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RESPECT AT A WORLD WIDE SCALE.



Germany's current and the projected economic and industrial growth, particularly in the year 2012 and beyond has gained a world wide acknowledgement and respect, inspite of the world's current financial markets down-trend and economic problems, particularly in the USA, some European countries, few Asian countries, the Arab world, many South American and African countries. However, these advantages of economic growth and the projected industrial growth comes with much wider range challenges that needs to be tackled and resolved by both the governments institutions and the private sectors. Some of the specified challenges entailed a liberalized policy for Germany's heavy industries, specially the heavy machinery, the automotive industries and the construction companies. Besides, the unheeded request, or rather the professionals and workers demand for pay increase which have had an organized approach and the attention of professionals and workers Union for the problem solution of pay increase in which they emphasized instead the requirement for minimum wage fair payment that should not be below, or exceed the specified amount of $8.50 euros an hour.
