SEVERE WEATHER OUTBREAK MOSTLY IN THE TEMPERATE AND THE SUB-TEMPERATE TYPES OF CLIMATES AS AN ENHANCED PRIVILEGE FOR THE STUDENTS OF PHYSICAL SCIENCE, GEOGRAPHY AND THE YOUNG SCIENTISTS TO MONITOR AND MAKE OBSERVATION OF THE SPECTACULAR CHANGES THAT HAPPENS IN THE SKY SHORTLY, BEFORE THE OUTBREAK OF SEVERE WEATHER.

The morning severe weather changes in lighting. thunder storms , much rain and snowfall with much ice formation in mostly the Southern States of the USA, particularly in Atlanta Georgia and in the far away Northern States respectively reminds us of the attributes of seasonal changes in mild and severe weather changes that may be regarded as an enhanced privilege for the students of Physical Science, Geography and for the young scientists to monitor and make scientific observation of the spectacular changes that usually happens in the sky shortly before the outbreak of severe weather changes in mostly the Temperate and the Sub-Temperate types of climates which includes countries such as the USA, Canada and in the countries of the Northern parts of Europe. However, these scientific task of monitoring and the making of scientific observation, or climate studies with the coverage of the spectacular changes in the sky and the weather changes during severe weather often requires mordern high tecnology equipments and devices such as weather balloons, telescopes, satellites, airplanes and computers for the accomplishment of the specified scientific task mentioned in the text.
