WIDE-SPREAD INTERNATIONAL CRITICISM OF THE ITALIAN COAST GUARDS AND THE MEDICAL TEAM RESCUE EFFORT ABOARD THE SINKING ITALIAN SHIP COSTA CONCORDIA.

Rescue effort has continued aboard the Italian shipping line Costa Concordia that partially sank a few meters off-shore the small Italian Island of Gigilio, despite wide-spread international criticism of the Italian Coast Guards and Medical team rescue effort aboard the sinking ship. Six bodies have been recovered and identified as the bodies of mostly tourists from Italy, Germany and the USA that had been aboard the ship. The cause of the accident remains unclearified and speculative. Other sources have said, the cause of the accident may have been the Captain's error, while others have pointed at the accident as attributes of unseen under-water reefs and rocks that have been identified a few meters from sea shore that made a huge hole on the ship's side on collision a few miles from the dock site on the Italian Island of Gigilio.
