Early Winter season low temperature has begun to spread through out the States in the USA causing severe weather of tornadoes and icy covered streets late at night and early in the morning, even in the relatively warmer Southern States. Both the motorists on the roads and the Pedestrians on the side-walk have been warned of the dangers of the icy and the low temperatures respectively, particularly on the roads on which much maintenance had been done and still being done at present to decrease the possibilities of hazards that may be caused by severe Winter season weather and reduce traffic accidents on the roads in the USA.
