CITIZENS UNHEEDED PROTEST BY DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT NUCLEAR WASTE STORAGE PLAN AND FURTHER DELIVERY OF NUCLEAR WASTE MATERIALS FROM FRANCE FOR STORAGE IN THE GORLEBEN NUCLEAR WASTE STORAGE FACILITY.
Despite several demonstrations in the German State of Niedersachsen against the government's nuclear waste storage plan in the State of Niedersachsen and specifically in the small town of Gorleben which contradicted the government's energy policy that concluded its Parliamentary debates with the majority support for the closer of all the Nuclear Reactors in Germany untill the year 2022 and the shift, or change of its energy policy to environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar , the Hydro and the Geothermal electric energy sources, further delivery of nuclear waste materials from France has been transported for storage in the Gorleben nuclear waste storage facility. However, the unheeded citizens protest by demonstrations has been forwarded to the Niedersachsen State Representatives in the government's Opposition parties which comprised of the coalition of two major German political parties the SPD and the Green party. The State Representatives of Niedersachsen have requested atomic energy experts assistance to investigate the citizens claim of nuclear waste leakage in to the ground of Gorleben that has begun to spread and contaminate the underground water system in the whole of the State of Niedersachsen.
