NORTH AFRICAN REFUGEES INFLUX TO EUROPE AMID THE EUROPEAN UNION NATIONS DEBT AND BUDGET CRISIS, BESIDES THE USA ECONOMIC DOWN-GRADE MAY MAKE THINGS DIFFICULT IN EUROPE, SPECIALLY FOR THE NORTH AFRICAN REFUGEES.

Refugees influx from Libya to the small Italian coastal city of Lampedusa has tripled, inspite of the European Union coast guards effort to limit the refugees influx which has been estimated to have exceeded seven hundred thousand refugees that have made it safely across the Mediterranean sea to Europe. However, the number of the refugees that may have either died in the boats that have capsized, or from hunger aboard the boats that have been returned once, or twice has not been specified. Besides the fact that strained relationship between the European Union Opposition parties and the governments on the issue of the North African refugees influx to Europe, particularly from Libya and Tunisia amid Europe's debt and budget deficit crisis and the USA economic down-grade may make things difficult in Europe, specially for the North African refugees.
