GERMAN GOVERNMENT AND THE CABINET HAVE AGREED ON THE EXTENSION OF THE ANTI TERRO LEGISLATION FOR FOUR MORE YEARS, DESPITE CRITICISM.


German government cabinet have agreed on the extension of the controversial anti-terro legislation in Germany for four more years, despite criticism of the legislation by various civil rights movements as violation of the constitution. The legislation has been re-enacted for implementation and possibly enforcement as required by the legislation and the authorities responsible from early morning today. Suspects would be thoroughly scrutinized and monitored in the various specified fields of the banks, which means bank accounts of suspects would be regularly checked and transactions re-traced, the postal services would be notified for the inspection of the mails being received, or sent by the suspects and surveillance would be elevated on air travel, particularly on the domestic and international flights that have been reserved, or boarded by the suspects. Besides, the wire tapping of official, or formal and private, or informal conversation of the suspects which certainly would make the life of any suspect and family, or friends more difficult to live than it may have been before.
