PRESIDENT MUAMMAR GADDHAFI REJECTED NATO'S DEMAND FOR CAPITALIZATION IN THE SECOND PHASE OF NATO'S ATTACK AGAINST LIBYA.

Inspite of NATO'S intensified airstrikes on targets inside Libya that included President Gaddafi's compound in the second phase of the all out attack against Libya which does not include the ground forces involvement and the demand for Libya to capitalize, President Muammar Gaddhafi rejected the demand for the capitalization of Libya in the second phase of NATO'S attack against Libya. However, NATO'S General secretary Anders Rasmussen emphasized in th press conference early today in the NATO'S Headquarters in Brussels the inevitable collapse and ouster of President Muammar Gaddhafi from power as a fact that will happen in just a matter of time and the formation of a new government required to rule Libya that may be comprised of all the different groups for the governance of a free democratic Libya.
