EARLY MORNING CIVILIAN MASSACRE IN TRIPOLI HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE GUIDED WEAPON FAILURE.

The NATO has apologised for the mistakes in today's early morning airstrikes on Libya claimed to have been airstrikes on intended targets inside Libya, when the airstrikes devastated residential areas in Tripoli that killed many innocent civilians. The NATO commanders and the Generals that have been involved in the early morning airstrikes on targets inside Tripoli referred to the killing of the innocent civilians as a mistake attributed to the failure in the guided weapon systems. However, no advancement whatsoever has been made on the Rebels attempts to reach Tripoli, nor the intended recapture of Misrata and Brega from President Muamar Gadhafi's forces.
