Despite the remarkable success in the outbreak of the internet age in the USA and several other countries around the world that entailed China, the European Union countries, Japan, South and North Korea, Russia, the Middle East and some Arab world countries which too has been referred to as the internet bubble, or the internet bubble burst, particularly in the USA, this remarkable outbreak of success has been accompanied by hacking and cyber warfare that threatened the internet age success in the USA and around the world with the requirement for Cyber Defense Centers and cyber defense schools. However, many countries have disputed and differed in their opinion on whether the cyber defense schools and the Cyber Defense Centers should be categorized as military Institutions, or be made available for both civilian and military institutions.
