THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT LOOKED-OUT ON THE OPPOSITION DEMAND FOR THE ENACTION OF THE LEGISLATION THAT MAY REQUIRE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

The German Government seemed to have looked out on the Opposition and some of the government members demand for the enaction of the legislation that may require constitutional amendment that prohibits changes in the future German governments energy policy, specifically on the re-use of the nuclear Reactors that have been shut down, but not disassembled, if electric energy shortage breaks-out in the country in the near future. This in return has paved the way for the policy of "Atom Ausstieg" in the current government energy policy with minimal risk in future black-out, or electric energy shortage.
