INSPITE OF THE CONTINUOUS BOMBARDMENT ON TARGETS INSIDE LIBYA, THE ALLIED FORCES OBJECTIVES REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

Inspite of the continuous bombardment on targets inside Libya in towns like Ajdabiya, Benghazi and Ras Hanouf by the Allied forces in the operation that has lasted for about six days, no Allied forces have been deployed on the ground to assist the rebels forces, eventhough the Allied forces objective had been to weaken Gaddafi's forces on the ground, prevent further attacks on the civilians and eventually protect the civilians. Besides the implementation of the main objectives that has so far remained the enforcement of the no fly zone sanction and to provide basic assistance for the rebels march on the eight hundred kilometers towards Tripoli.
