FEAR OF HIGH CONTENT RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PRESENCE IN BOTH WATER AND FOOD PROLIFERATED IN TOKYO AND CAUSED WATER AND FOOD SCARCITY IN THE SHELTERS.

Radioactive presence has been detected off-shore the coast of Fukushima, eventhough no leakage source has been detected on the damaged nuclear Reactors. Possible source of the radiation contamination in Fukushima's water may have been the radioactive rain which originated from both the much darker clouds over Fukushima and the emitted fumes by the damaged nuclear Reactor which its plutonium has melted as a result of excessive heat in the Reactor's rods. Consquently, fear fo high content radioactive materials presence in both water and food proliferated in Tokyo and caused both water and food scarcity in many shelters.
