THE USA DIMINISHING ROLE AS PROBLEMS SOLVER, OR CONFLICTS RESOLVER ATTRIBUTED TO THE INTELLECTUAL DIVIDE AND THE INABILITY TO FIND IMMEDIATE SOLUTIONS TO UNPRECEDENTED PROBLEMS.

The underwater oil spill in the gulf of Mexico has added more criticism to the USA government diminishing role as problems solver and conflicts resolver attributed to the intellectual divide which its consequences have been the USA government reluctancy in resolving dispute, or conflicts at both the domestic and foreign levels and the recent struggle, or the inability to find immediate solutions to unprecedented natural catastrophes and accidents in the magnitude of the present under water oil spill in the gulf of Mexico.
Some intellectuals have gone further in their criticism of the USA diminishing role as problems solver and conflicts resolver with the claim that, if the USA can not stop the under water oil spill in the gulf of Mexico in the several attempts and for many weeks, why would the USA and many nations in our world today regard the USA as the nation that will save the world from all sorts of problems that may incude unprecedented natural catastrophes, accidents and the frequently emerging conflicts in our world today?
