THE DRASTIC MEASURES FOR THE SANCTION AGAINST IRAN IN SOME ARAB COUNTRIES MAY REQUIRE LEGISLATIVE GUIDANCE.

The unanimous support for the sanction against Iran passed by the United Nations Security Council Members that took effect two weeks ago, due to Iran's defiance to halt its ambition for the nuclear tecnology with possible developement of military nuclear tecnology in its arsenal is likely to affect many people in various Arab world countries than in Iran. Many Arab world countries have followed the United Arab Emirates in arrest and closer of businesses in the Arab world countries that have continued in the trade of merchandize and other items by either export, or import trade with Iran.
Legislative guidance in warnings and and penalties by fines for the violation of the sanction would be required before the drastic measures of detention, or closer of businesses that could destroy many families in the Arab countries and possibly affect their economy.
