THE STATE OF HESSEN AND IT'S CAPITAL CITY FRANKFURT HAS STIRRED CONTROVERSY ON THE LEGISLATION FOR THE BAN ON MANUFACTURE AND USE OF DIESEL ENGINE VEHICLES IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND THE EU.

The State of Hessen and it's capital city Frankfurt that has been projected as the World's number one financial markets business city and the possible replacement for London, after Britain's exit from the EU, despite Britain's remain in the European Union Common market has stirred controversy on the legislation for the ban on manufacture and use of diesel engine vehicles in the Democratic Republic of Germany, after the State of Hessen and it's capital Frankfurt followed other States and enforced the legislation on ban of use of diesel engine vehicles with exemption of certain diesel engine vehicles in the State of Hessen and it's capital city Frankfurt, due to higher emission rate of carbon dioxide and other toxic gases in the State of Hessen. This legislation has drawn both the domestic and International media criticism about the Environmental Protection legislation that may not exempt foreign diesel engine vehicles from neighboring EU and other Eurozone countries that have traveled to and from Frankfurt for decades. However, other media sources and media personnel have criticized the court's decision for the control of higher emission rate in the city of Frankfurt as unrealistic, due to partial enforcement of the legislation which will not be authorized for the ban, or the required restriction on use of foreign diesel engine vehicles in the city of Frankfurt and in the State of Hessen, except after the European Union Parliament in Brussels unified the current energy policy in the EU with the ban on manufacture and use of diesel engine vehicles in the Democratic Republic of Germany and various European Union countries. Besides lucrative gains in fees fines and businesses that exceeded tens of millions of euros being currently made by the Federal governments other Institutions and businesses as a result of the partial enforcement of the Environmental Protection legislation on certain diesel engine vehicles in the State of Hessen and various other States in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
