DEFENSE BUDGET DISCUSSION MAY OFFSET GERMANY'S MILITARY CONSTITUTIONAL AND DEFENSE LIMITATION, DESPITE THE PARLIAMENT OBJECTION TO ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND DEFENSE POLICY AMENDMENT.

    The defense budget meeting held at Germany's capital city Berlin may offset Germany's military Constitutional and defense limitations imposed on the Bundeswher since the second world War, after the defeat of the Nazi Germany by the Allied Forces in the year nineteen forty five, despite the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag objection to any form of Constitutional and defense limitations on any current defense issue, particularly on the current defense policy of Germany for disarmament against armament of the Bundeswehr,Troops reduction, instead of further recruitment of additional new recruits in the German military and the budget cuts policy in the German military, instead of budget increase, specially for the relatively more efficient younger officers of the German military also known as the Bundeswehr. However, Germany's defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen has partially succeeded in over turning older restrictions and limitations on the current German military by her project for recreating the German military as an interesting and less formidable defense Institution with wide range educational employment and other defense services for both the military and civilian population in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, specially on the new defense projects as the Drones and missiles defense systems with superior interception capability that can both intercept and reverse missiles launched from specified and unspecified sites of launch against targets in the far away locations of the same, or different Continents. The defense Minister demanded sixty billion euros, or the equivalent of deutsche mark for the project which has been intended for recreating the German military at the current time of Germany's government and Germany's military ever increasing global responsibilities with regard to intervention in foreign conflicts and humanitarian missions, particularly in Afghanistan Mali Somalia and in the war against terrorism in Iraq Syria and other parts of the Middle East the Arab World and North African countries in which Islamic Militants have built strongholds and military Bases by constant surveillance mission of  the unmanned vehicles known as Drones and fighter jets that have been recognized as the reinforcement planes and surveillance vehicles of the Bundeswehr. The government has allocated forty three billion euros as the appropriate defense budget increase, instead of the sixty billion euros demanded by the defense Minister, despite the objection to the current request for Constitutional and defense policy amendment in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
