A DRAMATIC TURN HAS ENSUED AT A GLOBAL LEVEL IN THE CONFLICT THAT HAD BEEN INTENDED FOR THE RELINQUISHMENT OF POWER .IN SYRIA.

    Leaders of the World's major countries of Russia Iran Turkey and Syria have once again convened in Tehran over the weekend in the attempt to avert the projected worse humanitarian crisis in the Syrian border town of Idlib, besides the joined and constant sought for solution to the civil war in Syria which unfortunately has continued to displace many civilian population from Syria to the neighboring countries, particularly to Turkey and the far Western countries of USA and Western Europe, despite tighter control of Turkey border to Syria which prevented the entry of many Syrian refugees fleeing from home for safety and refuge in the neighboring countries that entailed Turkey. The United Nations envoy in Syria and Jordan have described the Submit of the mentioned major countries as a failure, due to Russian air defense forces intensified air raids on random targets it described as the Islamic Militants strongholds in the occupied rebel held town of Idlib. The Russian occupying forces in the region claimed it's intensified airstrikes on targets in Syria have been part of the operation for the war against terrorism and for the protection of the civilian population in the region which have been forced to flee their homes to the neighboring countries. An estimated number of about three million innocent Syrian civilian citizens which included children and women have been on the run towards the neighboring countries borders of which many have been stranded at the Turkey Syrian border. The United Nations envoys in the region have called upon the Turkey government to open its borders for the refugees from Syria, particularly from the rebels held town of Idlib. A dramatic turn has ensued at a global level in the conflict, or rather the collective citizens violent demonstrations at the initial phase that was intended for relinquishment of power by the regime of President Assad to the Civilian population in the Syrian capital city Damascus.
