HURRICANE HARVEY REMAINS THE EXTENDED NEWS COVERAGE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE WEEK ON DOMESTIC AND THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIA AS AFTERMATH DEVASTATING EFFECT IN FLOOD HAS CONTINUED IN STATES OF TEXAS AND LOUISIANA.

Hurricane Harvey remains the extended news coverage highlights of the week on domestic and International media in extensive media coverage as the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey devastating effect in extended flood continued in the city of Houston in Texas and in the neighboring State of Louisiana. President Trump Administration and the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) have declared parts of Texas and Louisiana as disaster areas that requires relief operation in evacuation of citizens and rehabilitation with the extended provision of humanitarian relief supplies for the many citizens that have been displaced by the devastating effect of the Natural Catastrophe named Harvey which its aftermath devastating effect in flood would take many days, or weeks to recede to levels that have been described as less dangerous to both humans and properties, particularly the many homes with stronger foundation that could not be washed away by Hurricane Harvey after it made landfall in Houston Texas and further expanded to the neighboring State of Louisiana. The Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) has estimated the rising number of USA citizens which included children women and men that have been rescued, or displaced by the Natural Catastrophe at forty thousand and rising. The damage inflicted by the Natural Catastrophe in property and lives that have been lost since Harvey made landfall has been estimated worth the amount of hundreds of millions of dollars and thirty nine human lives that have been found dead, or missing since Harvey made landfall since late last week. The number of victims, or displaced persons from the States of Texas and Louisiana by Hurricane Harvey has continued to rise from thirty thousand to forty thousand and currently it has been estimated at fifty thousand displaced citizens of Texas and Louisiana. Those displaced citizens whose rehabilitation in stadium Arena schools and larger homes that have been donated by the wealthiest in the States of Texas and Louisiana may require much support by further sufficient budget allocation by the current Administration of President Trump for the Federal Emergency Management Relief Administration responsible and for the volunteers that have either donated, or volunteered in the Relief Operation by the rescue effort and rehabilitation, or other services that have been required for transport and distribution of relief supplies such as mattresses blankets clothing food drinks and medicines to the victims, or survivors of Hurricane Harvey in the States of Texas and Louisiana. However, much has been said on what should really be done with regard to the rise of Tropical Storms in the Pacific Ocean the Atlantic Ocean the Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean Sea, particularly on what has not been made known about the changing severe weather condition in hurricane tropical storm tornadoes much rainfall  and mudslide which have must begun in the early severe weather Seasons of the Temperate and Sub-temperate types of climates that entailed the United States of America Canada and the Arctic Circle, except for the required extended monitoring of changes in the mild and severe climates by satellites telescope computers and other electronic devices, or equipment needed for projection of dangerous changes in the mentioned various types of climates with the focus on the rise of dangerous storms in the mentioned Oceans Seas and mountains.
