NATO DEFENSE BUDGET MEETINGS FOR ALLOCATION OF TWO PERCENT OF NATO MEMBER COUNTRIES ANNUAL BUDGET FOR DEFENSE REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL IN FEW EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

   NATO defense meetings for allocation of two percent of NATO member countries annual budget for defense has remained controversial defense meetings in the first and second quarters of this business Year among few Eurozone countries and particularly among GERMANY'S major Coalition Government Political Parties and cabinet members of the ruling Coalition that comprised of Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) with the Opposition Political Parties of the Eurozone countries, particularly the Political Parties with the Opposition Parties of Democratic Republic of Germany, despite the CHANCELLOR support of the NATO Defense budget policy, or rather the defense budget bill that has not been enacted to legislation for implementation in the USA and the NATO Allied Members of the Eurozone countries, after the approval of it's discussion in the European Union Parliament in Brussels late last month and specifically toward the end of the month of March of the Year two thousand and seventeen. Besides consecutive budget surplus in Germany that has exceeded six point eight billion euros Mark to over twenty three billion euros in the next few years. The controversy on the NATO Defense Budget allocation based on the two percent deduction off the NATO Allied Member Countries annual budget has been on the projected amount of over seventy billion euros which the NATO May "harvest" off the annual budget deduction of it's member countries for unspecified period of time that may exceed a decade and many decades. However finance and economy professionals in Germany and the Eurozone countries have expressed their concern about the suggested percentage deduction in the projected figures of huge sums of money deduction off the annual budget of the NATO and Allied Defense member countries for the defense budget which seemed speculative and could drain the budget surplus of the most efficient Eurozone NATO Allied member countries as Germany France Sweden and the exiting member country of Britain. On the other hand Constitutional and defense policy restrictions on GERMANY'S military activities, specially on the armament of the German military, the policy for reduction of the numbers of Troops of the German military with further restriction on GERMANY'S military intervention capacity, or participation in the domestic and foreign armed conflicts in Germany and around the many countries of the World that requires both Constitutional and defense policy amendment.
