DISPUTE OVER NORTH KOREA MISSILES AND THE ATOMIC BOMB TEST REMAINS AT HIGHEST ALERT LEVEL IN THE NORTH KOREA PENINSULA.

   United Nations Security Council Members EXTRA-Ordinary meeting held at the United Nations General Headquarters in New York the United States of America on North Korea nuclear dispute earlier Yesterday on Thursday, April 20th in the Year two thousand and seventeen, specifically on Pyongyang's defiance to the World's Body demand for halt of its Long Range Missiles test that could be armed with Nuclear War Heads and the Atomic Bomb test dispute has been generally regarded a failure, after United Nations eighteen permanent Security Council Members remained reluctant on the required passage of the United Nations Members final decision on Pyongyang's missiles and the atomic bomb test with the possible passage of the United Nations Alternative Resolution for use of military force as solution to the current missiles and the atomic bomb test dispute between the USA and North Korea with the rest of the countries of this World, specially after Russian Ambassador and deputy Ambassador to the United Nations repeatedly objected and particularly this time the use of military force on the current missiles and the atomic bomb test dispute between the USA with the Allied Western countries against North Korea by the passage of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force against specific country, or countries as an accepted solution for peace during extended conflict, or serious dispute that could lead to major conflict, or massive extended and very destructive warfare to both humans lives and properties in specific country. The United States of America on the other hand, particularly the current Administration of  President Donald Trump has expressed it's current position of indifference on the required United Nations Resolution for peace with further deployment of USA Aircraft Carriers and Troops in the North Korea Peninsula for possible military action as the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of conflict in the North Korea Peninsula and the Pacific Region continues to SPREAD through out the countries of the World. However, Russia and the Pacific countries current intervention in the missiles and the atomic bomb test dispute between the USA and North Korea by diplomatic and political approach rather than military approach has been regarded as very significant and has eased the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of military skirmishes in the North Korean Peninsula and the Pacific Region. Russia intervention with the mediation effort of the Pacific Region countries that entailed China South Korea Japan the European Union countries with the relatively smaller, but powerful nation's of the Pacific Region has been regarded as equally significant for the required peaceful solution to the current missiles and the atomic bomb test dispute between the USA and North Korea. The USA good bilateral relationship to the Pacific Region countries has unfortunately been strained and may remain strained for lengthy time period as Troops deployment, instead of Troops withdrawal from the North Korean Peninsula by the USA and the Allied Western countries against North Korean Troops and the Troops of the mentioned Pacific Region countries in the North Korea Peninsula and China Sea has continued without restriction.
