CITIZENS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION CONTINUED IN TURKEY MAJOR CITIES AGAINST TURKEY PRESIDENT MINOR VICTORY BY REFERUNDUM FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM.

   Citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration continued in Turkey's major cities of Istanbul Ankara and Izmir, Immediately after the announcement of the  Referendum's controversial results that marked the minor victory of President Recept Tayep Erdogan and his supporters over the Opposition Political Parties with the Opponents of the Referendum by the minor percentage margin differenc in the results of fifty one point three percent for those who have voted Yes in the Referendum against forty eight point seven percent for those who voted No in the Referendum and have been known to comprised of Turkey's major Opposition Political Parties Intellectuals and citizens of Turkey who have protested against the minor victory of President Tayip Erdogan and his supporters by the Referendum that will result in Constitutional reform and concentrate power on the hands of the President with few cabinet members which too could distant Turkey system of government from the European Union values and reconsideration for membership in the European Union, after repeated failure of Turkey attempts to joint the European Union Membership, despite Turkey government membership in the NATO defense pact with Turkey government current leading ROLE in problems solution with regard to the immigration crisis in Western Europe, due to refugees asylum seekers and illegal immigrants influx in to Western Europe in addition to Turkey government security measures and participation in the war against terrorism. President Tayep Erdogan has been expected to go further on his plan for Constitutional reform that will concentrate much power on his and few cabinet members hands immediately after the scheduled Constitutional amendment in the system of the Democratic Republic of Turkey that requires much reform as demanded by the European Union government in Brussels and the European Union countries within the Eurozone for the upgrade of Turkey citizens current Constitutional and civil rights for more freedom in Turkey, specially on the required freedom of speech for Turkey Journalists at home and in the foreign countries, specially in the Democratic Republic of Germany. The European Union government on the other hand has demanded concession on the required wide range approval of the Referendum results, before it's implementation as required by the President 's authority after Constitutional Amendment in the Republic of Turkey that may strengthen the President 's power and authority and keep him in office until the Year two thousand and twenty nine, but may not guarantee the party's successive election victory in order for the party and possibly it's cabinet members to remain in power for the next two to three decades as this length of time period has been needed for wide SPREAD reform in the various fields of better policy making for financial and economic potential progress and adequate building of even better infrastructures in Turkey as demanded by Turkey government and the European Union government. Besides the concern about security measures against the rise of terrorism in Turkey's major inner cities with the rise of the equally influential  and powerful Islamic Opposition Political Parties to power in the Republic of Turkey, specially the Islamic and Opposition Political Parties of Turkey that have expressed their objection against Turkey membership in the European Union countries.
