THE HIGHEST COURT REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON THE GOVERNMENT'S RULING THAT GUARANTEES THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES MINORITY RIGHTS AT PARLIAMENTARY AND POLITICAL PARTIES COMMITTEE LEVEL HAS BEEN OVERWHELMINGLY ACKNOWLEDGED AS IMPARTIAL, DESPITE THE HIGHEST COURT OBJECTION TO THE OPPOSITIION POLITICAL PARTIES DEMAND FOR MINORITY RIGHTS.

Germany's Highest Court required final decision on the government's ruling business with regard to the Opposition Political Parties demand for the Highest Court ruling that guarantees minority rights at Parliamentary and Political Parties level has been overwhelmingly supported and acknowledged by both the government's largest Coalition Government Political Parties and the Opposition Political Parties that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democrats Political Party (SPD) with the Opposition Political Parties that comprised of the Green Political Party and the Linke, or the Left Wing Political Party as impartial and in accordance with the country's Constitutional, Legislative and Judiciary legislative rights and guidance, despite the Highest Court objection to the Opposition Political Parties demand for minority rights with the authority at committee level as the demand of the Opposition Political Parties that have failed to qualify for the Highest Court approval required by the country's legislation that guarantees Constitutional Rights with possible approval of a series of minority rights at the Parliamentary Political Parties and civil rights level in the Democratic Republic of Germany. However, the Opposition Political Parties did not attain the required percentage of the Opposition Political Parties members that should be at, or exceed twenty five percent of the numbers of the Opposition Political Parties members in the Parliament and the Opposition of the cabinet government in order for the Highest Court to accept and approve the demand of the Opposition Political Parties for minority rights and minority authority at committee level in the Parliament and at the Opposition Political Parties level, specially with the current over-whelming power and authority of the Largest Coalition Government of over six hundred and thirty cabinet members with the members of Parliament and the former Coalition Government cabinet members that entailed members of the Free, Federal and Liberal Democratic Political Parties that have failed to attain the required Parliamentary seats in the last Parliamentary election in the Democratic Republic of Germany, despite their significant representation position in the Parliament and for the government at the moment and in the next election of the year two thousand and seventeen that would certainly mean Chancellor Angela Merkel re-election for the fourth time in office
