STEEL COMPANIES WORKERS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST DEMONSTRATION AND LIMITED HOURS OF CONTINUED STRIKE BEGAN OVER THE LAST WEEKEND IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OF GERMANY FROM FLENSBURG TO THE FARTHEST SMALL SOUTHERN TOWN OF INGOLSTADT.

Steel companies employees civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and limited hours of continued strike began early in the last weekend in the entire country of Germany from the Northern town of Flensburg to the farthest small Southern town of Ingolstadt in Bavaria ,or the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Steel companies employees expressed their anger protest demonstration and limited hours of strike against the government, due to their unheeded demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase for the steel companies workers with employees of the public sector, specially the steel companies workers that have been generally described as the metal sector employees of the Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the workers in the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Other specified demands of the steel companies workers included the demand for a joint effort to halt the vanishing employment opportunities with the limited vacancies in the various steel companies in the Democratic Republic of Germany, due to outsourcing strategies of domestic steel companies with narrow objectives for cheap labor and more income from both the developed and the developing, or the fast growing industrial countries such as China, other Asian countries the Middle East the Arab World and African countries. Besides, cheap imports of ready made steel and other metals from Russia and Eastern Europe. Safety concern at various work places of metal companies, specially the steel companies with the demand for unlimited over-time bonus for the hard working steel companies workers have been additional issues of rising concern in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. However, the government with the Trade Unions and Steel Companies Management have agreed on limited tariff increase that has been specified as two point five percent (2.5%) tariff increase for the steel companies workers, instead of the demanded five percent tariff increase by the workers the Trade Unions and citizens. Safety concern with the demand for unlimited over time bonus have not been mentioned during the meeting. Reasons for workers demand for higher percentage tariff increase and pay raise, specially for steel companies workers have been emphasized as wide range and entailed the ever increasing cost of living in the major cities and towns, except in the villages of the various States of Germany. Taxation and early retirement with minimal pay raise, or salary increment during the hard working years of continued labor in the steel companies of various States of Germany have been the additional disturbing issues of concern for metal workers in the Democratic Republic of Germany and other Eurozone Countries.
