GOVERNMENT TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES OF METAL INDUSTRY HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE THAT HAS BEEN SPECIFIED AS FIVE PERCENT TARIFF INCREASE, INSTEAD OF THE ALLOCATED TWO POINT FIVE PERCENT TARIFF INCREASE BY THE GOVERNMENT.

Government Trade Union and employees of both the metal industry with those of the automotive vehicle companies have reached compromise on the previous controversial tariff dispute that has caused frequent citizens civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and strike in the various States of Germany from the Northern State of Hamburg to the farthest Bavarian small Southern town of Ingolstadt, due to the unheeded citizens demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase for the unskilled workers, or laborers that has been specified as five percent tariff increase, instead of the previously allocated two point five percent tariff increase for the unskilled workers by the government in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. However, the allocated five percent tariff increase with the possible allowance and limited over time bonus will be implemented, or enforced in about nine months time period as part of the compromise reached Yesterday on the agreement for solution to the frequent tariff dispute between the government the Trade Unions and employees of various sectors, due to the mentioned employees and citizens frequent civil indiscipline by protest demonstration and possible strike in the various States of Germany. Reasons for the frequent tariff dispute between the mentioned groups that included the government the Trade Unions and employees with the citizens of the various States of Germany has been mentioned as wide range and entailed the need for more cash in pay raise to meet the rising cost of higher standard of living in the various States of Germany and the Eurozone Countries, specially in the neighboring Eurozone Countries of the Netherlands Denmark and Austria. Declining employment vacancy with the requirement for job creation in the field of metal Industry, due to outsourcing strategies of many domestic companies for cheap labor in the foreign countries  and more gains in annual profit has been another concern that may have caused frequent citizens protest for more pay raise for the unskilled worker in the Democratic Republic of Germany, while other groups of protesters and demonstrators have simply indicated the desire for more share in the country's current prosperity of much production, or the economic boom for more financial freedom.
