THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES POLITICIANS AND MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT HAVE REMAINED OBJECTED TO THE DEFENSE MINISTER'S MANDATE OF CHANGE IN THE GERMAN MILITARY THAT REQUIRES PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE MANDATE THAT WILL FURTHER REQUIRE CONSTITUTIONAL AND DEFENSE POLICY AMENDMENT.

Germany's Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen has remained firm in her effort to revamp the German Military also known as the Bundeswehr to an educational, training, economic and defense Department after successive visits to the domestic and foreign military Bases in Germany, Mali and Afghanistan, which too may have energized the Defense Minister to speed up the realization of her mandate for change in the German Military with the upgrade of the German Military to a better defense Institution that educates its citizens and contributes substantially for the better of specific defense and educational aspects in the country financially and economically, despite the current Constitutional and defense policy obstacles that may remain a hindrance on the Defense Minister way to realize her mandate for change in the German Military. However, the Defense Minister Mandate for change in the German Military has required Parliamentary debate for the approval of the mandate that has been set to begin in the first week of the month of March in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016), particularly after the allocation of the amount in the sum of one hundred and thirty billion euros on the request for, or rather the demand of the defense committees in both  the Defense Ministry and in the German Parliament that have supported the Defense Minister intention for the upgrade of the German Military as an educational, training and additional employment Institution for the citizens of the country. Nonetheless the German Opposition Political Parties Politicians and Members of Parliament have remained objected to the policy of change in the German Military, or the Bundeswehr that requires parliamentary debate for the approval of the mandate that will further require Constitutional and defense policy amendment. The predicted Parliamentary debate for the amendment of the Constitution and defense policy may entailed the wide range detailed aspects of Germany's Constitutional and defense policy that entailed the demand for the lift of restrictions on German Military participation in foreign conflicts with, or without the definite purposes for peaceful, or humanitarian military intervention in foreign conflicts. Troops and budget increase of the German Military, instead of Troops reduction and budget cut of the German Military has remained an issue for discussion and finally well equipped German Military should be favored, instead of the current policy for disarmament of the Bundeswehr.
