GERMANY'S CHANCELLOR HAS SUCCESSFULLY CALMED DOWN TWO FRONTS CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION OVER THE LAST WEEKEND BY HER STATEMENTS THAT EMPHASIZED TOUGHER ACCOUNTABILITY METHODS AND LEGISLATIVE MEASURES AGAINST VIOLATORS OF THE DOMESTIC CITIZENS RIGHTS AND SAFETY , PARTICULARLY AGAINST THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS WITH EITHER NORTH AFRICAN AND ARAB, OR WITH ISLAMIC BACKGROUND.

Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel has calmed down two fronts of citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration in the German city of Koln over the last weekend by her statements that emphasized tougher accountability methods with similar legislative measures against violators of the domestic citizens safety and rights during the meeting of her ruling Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) held in the German city of Mainz over the last weekend. These statements of the Chancellor may have been particularly directed for, or against the refugees and asylum seekers that have violated the country's legislation with their rights and privilege to refugee and asylum status in the Democratic Republic of Germany, after the alleged sexual assault attempts on the domestic native German citizen and women for that matter by unidentified groups of refugees and asylum seekers that have been generally described as of North African with Arab, or Islamic Religion background that may have attacked women at the city's busiest main train station in the city of Koln during the New Year's celebration at the city's small main square close to the Koln Cathedral. These statements of the Chancellor that did not indicate evil intention, or violence against refugees and asylum seekers from the Arab World and African Countries, particularly for those with Islamic Religion background may have fueled anti- Arab and anti- Islamic Religion protest and demonstration in the city of Koln over the last weekend. Besides, the predicted tougher integration requirement for refugees and asylum seekers from Syria and North African Countries that have been granted refugee, or asylum status in the Democratic Republic of Germany. These requirements entailed proficiency in the German language within specific time period that may range between six months to two years. Faster acknowledged ability, or standard to acquire professional knowledge or skill in the various fields of education and work in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen that may enable self sufficiency for independent and hard working refugee, or asylum seeker that came from the areas of conflict in the Arab World and African Countries.
