GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES TRADE UNIONS AND AIRLINE INDUSTRY PERSONNEL HAVE REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED ISSUES THAT ENTAILED THE POSTPONEMENT OF AIRPORT EMPLOYEES AND CITIZENS INDISCIPLINE BY STRIKE WITH THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE THAT HAS BEEN SPECIFIED AS FIVE PERCENT TARIFF INCREASE.

Trade Unions and Airline Industry in the Democratic Republic of Germany, the Lufthansa Airline and Frankfurt Airport Trade Unions have reached compromise with the Airline Industry Personnel and the Government Authorities on the previously unheeded demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase for the Cockpit Professionals and those in the accompaniment. Besides, the agreement reached on the postponement of the scheduled general strike for Thursday,  January 28th and Friday January 29th in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016) at Germany's major and busiest airports that includes Frankfurt Airport, Dusseldorf Airport, Berlin Airport and other major airports in the various States of Germany that entailed those in the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Airport employees of the mentioned airports with the citizens of the various States of Germany have been requested to abstain at least for the first time from the scheduled and postponed citizens indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike, due to the previous and current lack of compromise between the government with the Trade Unions  and airport employees over the disputed tariff increase for both the pilots and those in the accompaniment. Reason for the postponement of the previously scheduled citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike has not been specified. However, managers and scientific reports on the eventual financial losses that may hurt the Airline Industry in Germany and around many countries of the World, due to frequent citizens civil indiscipline by continued and lengthy, or extended strikes may have obliged the Trade Unions and government with the airport employees to reach compromise for the postponement of the scheduled strike until the month of September in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016). Other issues of concern that may too, remain the main subjects for discussion during the lengthy pause period from January 29th until the month of September of the same year two thousand and sixteen (2016) entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase, rather than the allocated two point two percent (2.2%) tariff increase by the government. In addition to the demand for optional Insurance Plan for the Cockpit Professionals and those in the accompaniment of the flight, while aboard the aircraft during operation, or while in flight. Safety concern for the over stressed pilots, due to the inadequate flight schedules has been another disturbing issue.
