European Union countries defense policy for the basic to moderate armament of the member countries with Troops recruitment as the basic requirement for unified defense policy of the Eurozone countries and particularly of Germany has remained one of the major political issues and the scandal of the World order of the decades, despite the European Union countries compliance with the World's Body regulations and defense Treaties as the United Nations Resolutions, NATO obligations, None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty and the disarmament of the member countries as required of weapons of mass destruction and strategic defense system weapons such as the missile defense system, or missile interception defense system and the unmanned air to terresterial vehicles that may entail Drones and sophisticated device machines as computers, robots to Cybernautic Bio-humans of higher intelligence. However, the World's major countries that have signed the mentioned Treaties have considerably varied in their domestic defense policies with regard to disarmament, Troops reduction and budget reduction, specially for the military, research students and higher eduction scholars, particularly in the USA, Russia, China, Japan, the European Union countries, Canada, Australia and few Eastern European countries. These variation in the Eurozone's member countries and other major World countries domestic policies may have been the reason for the difficulties, or objection to the formation of a unified European Union countries defense policy and defense forces that will encourage and support the strategic defense system weapons capability in the domestic Eurozone countries.
