HIGHEST COURT DECISION REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL ON THE DEMAND FOR THE BAN OF EITHER THE NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL PARTY (NDP),OR THE SUSPECTED INDIVIDUALS FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.

The Highest Court decision remains controversial on the demand for the ban of Germany's National Democratic Party (NDP) from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany which many people, particularly the legislators and politicians have described as violation of citizens Civil and Constitutional Rights in the democratic system of governments, despite few politicians suggestion for the ban of individual figures from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, rather than the ban of the entire Political Party that has succeeded in representing millions of German citizens in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen. The list of the names of the individuals that has been presented to the government and Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe for the ban from political participation, but denied publication has caused major political dispute among German citizens, politicians and between the United States of America government and the government of Germany. The Highest Court initial and final decision on the indictment process of the accused suspects on charges for collaboration with the Neo-Nazi, violence incitement and for the killing of innocent civilian German, or foreign citizens will require the Highest Court single, or multiple hearing with sufficient evident that may prove each and every single suspected individual on the lists as guilty and deserve appropriate penalties as authorized by both the legislation and the Court with the possible ban of the suspects from political participation as demanded by few citizens and foreign governments. Although Germany's current enacted legislations did not specify ban of political participation of suspects, or even convicted individuals as Neo-Nazi collaborators in all the States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen.
