The annual congress of (FIFA) Federation of International Football Association demanded restructure of the Association, replacement of the current President of the Association, President Blatter with a number of nominees that entailed Platini as the possible next candidates for the Presidency of FIFA, besides the requirement for changes on various regulations and issues of the Association such as the fight against corruption within the Association that has attributed to billion of dollars in annual loses with the sought for solution on the scheduled and controversial next two World Cup Football Competitions that will be held in Russia and Doha the capital city of Qatar in the years two thousand and eighteen (2018) and two thousand and twenty two (2022) respectively. However, security, financial and bad weather conditions problems in Russia and Qatar remains an obstacle for the required general support of the selected next two World Cup Football Competitions destinations, due to the current conflict in East of Ukraine, the sanction against Russia and the excessive heat wave problems, due to intense hot and dusty bad weather conditions in Qatar that may require high technology stadium with the erection of advance high conditioned villages, or buildings and new Drones equipped with high technology devices, computers, radars, cameras, telescope, satellites and other equipment that will enable the Drones to sustain the required control on desert storms outbreak and accumulating sand-dunes in the cities, the desert of Qatar and other deserts in the Arab World and North African countries.
