USA GOVERNMENT TROOPS REDEPLOYMENT POLICY IN THE REGIONS OF CONFLICT REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL, DESPITE THE REPUBLICAN PARTY MIDTERM ELECTION VICTORY WITH THE MAJORITY CLOUT IN BOTH THE SENATE AND CONGRESS.

USA government Troops deployment and redeployment policy in the regions of conflict, particularly in the Arab World countries of Iraq and Syria remains controversial in both the Senate and Congress, despite the Republican Political Party midterm election victory that gave the Party the majority in both the Senate and Congress. Further debates of the legislators on Troops redeployment policy in Northern Iraq and Syria for the reinforcement of both the USA military and Iraq military for the fight against ISIS has been expected to begin early next year with the Republican Party majority clout on policy making and decision making process in both the Senate and Congress. however, the Democrats in both the Sensate and Congress have remained objected to the sudden change in the government's policy with regard to USA Troops redeployment policy in the areas of conflict that entailed Northern Iraq and Syria. Besides, the Executives violation of its mandate for Troops withdrawal from areas of conflict which included Northern Iraq that had given the Democratic Political Party the majority in the Senate, the Congress and the Presidency in the White House.
