GOVERNMENTS HAVE STUMBLED IN THEIR EFFORT TO RESOLVE POLITICAL DISPUTE OVER CYBER INTERACTION, DATA PROTECTION, WIRED AND WIRELESS CYBER SPACE CONTROL, THE INTERNET AND THE CONTROL OF CYBER DEFENSE CENTERS.

GOVERNMENTS HAVE STUMBLED IN THEIR EFFORT TO RESOLVE POLITICAL DISPUTE OVER CYBER INTERACTION, DATA PROTECTION, WIRED AND WIRELESS CYBER SPACE CONTROL, THE INTERNET AND THE CONTROL OF CYBER DEFENSE CENTERS.

      Aunified approach toward cyber problems solution with the requirement for scientific and tecnological break-through in the specified field remains an issue of major concern as governments have stumbled in the their effort to resolve political dispute over cyber interaction, data protection, wired and wireless cyber space control, the internet and control of cyber defense centers in the developed and developing nations of this World that entailed the USA, European Union countries, Russia, Canada, Australia, the Asian, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries. However, NATO and few governments recruitment procedures for cyber defense officers and internet police with the governments legislative and security measures for the prevention of future cyber warfare and possibly the control of domestic, or global internet users has proven ineffective, despite the legislative and security measures aimed at the control of internet users, wired, or wirless cyber space interaction and possibly cyber defense forces recruitment against future cyber warfare by the ban on use of computers, smartphones and other internet devices that have revolutionized various fields of work that entailed the education, communication, air transportation, e-commerce, the defense and attributed to over seventy percent of the World's economic growth.
