THE EUROPEAN UNION HAS EMPHASIZED THE REQUIREMENT FOR INTENSIFIED SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, DESPITE RUSSIA DENIAL OF ITS OBJECTIVITY TO THE CODES OF COMPLIANCE AND MILITARY INTERVENTION AS SPECIFIED BY THE DOCTRINES THAT HAVE BEEN SUPPORTED BY THE RUSSIAN PARLIAMENT.

European Union governments have once again emphasized the requirement for intensified sanction against Russia, despite Russia denial of its objectivity to the codes of compliance and military intervention, particularly in the former Soviet Union Eastern Block European countries as specified by the Doctrines 100-130 that have been upgraded by the Russian Parliament the Duma in the years 2008, 2012 and 2014 respectively. However, the USA government reaction to Russia's Democratic Instituions decision which included the Russian Parliament that supported the enaction of the legislation with unanimous Parliamentary votes in the specified years  has remained unknown, eventhough Russia remains as the permanent member of the United Nations Security Council that has full authority to either support, or reject any Resolution with regard to military intervention, or the use of military force as an alternative means to induce compliance and promote peace in the countries, or locations of insecurity and defiance to the Resolution for security and peace.
