INSECURITY AND DEFECTION INTENSIFIED AS THE NATO ANNOUNCED ITS STRENGTHENED PRESENCE IN THE REGION EAST OF UKRAINE.

Insecurity and defection from Ukraine military intensified as the NATO announced its strengthened presence in the region. About a hundred and fifty military personnel and soldiers have defected from the Ukraine military and joined the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in the East Ukraine region. Reason for the defection has not been specified. However, demonstrators collective voice has emphasized their demand for an independent and free East Ukraine region, despite Kiev refusal of further disintegration of the country. The general condition at the fronts remains tense, despite the NATO and the United Nations Blue Helmet Peace Keeping Forces presence in the East Ukraine region. No bullet has been shot so far from either side of the borders and this may have been attributed to the Russian military withdrawal from the border region West of Russia, although repeated violation of the airspace in the East Ukraine region by Russian fighter jets have been mentioned, while the Western Alliance Forces have constantly and silently reinforced the East Ukraine region of conflict in the last forty eight hours of intensified reinforcement of the military.
