GOVERNMENT AND THE STATES HAVE FINALLY AGREED ON THE SHIFT TO NEW ENERGY SOURCES, DESPITE THE CONCERN FOR RISING ELECTRIC ENERGY CONSUMPTION IN THE INDUSTRIES, OFFICES AND MANY HOUSEHOLDS.

Government and the States have finally agreed on the government's change of energy policy with the shift from the atomic energy as the main energy source for generation of electricity to the environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Solar, Wind and Geothermal energy sources in the meeting held at the Chancellor's office, despite the concern for rising demand for electric energy consumption in the industries, offices and many households in Germany. Besides, the fear for higher prices of electric energy with less production capacity of power from other sources which included the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind, Solar and Geothermal energy sources. Proponents of the atomic energy, particularly the Investors that have invested in many nuclear Reactors in Germany, due to the high production capacity of this source of energy, inspite of safety hazards and nuclear waste storage problems may demand compensation from the government to cover long term investment loses, specially those from the many and new nuclear Reactors that have been scheduled for closer untill the year 2022.
