CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE IN CONTINUED DEMONSTRATION IN THE LAST THIRTEEN DAYS IN THE CAPITAL KIEV HAS ALARMED BOTH THE RUSSIAN AND EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENTS.

Civil disobedience in continued demonstration in the last thirteen days in Ukrian's capital city Kiev has alarmed both the Russian and European Union governments as the government in Kiev with the Opposition have stumbled over decision making process for the country's inclusion, or membership offer to the European Union that has continued to tear the country apart in protest and civilian demonstration in the capital city Kiev, inspite of the government's repeated failure to contain the demonstrators and restore order in the capital by the enforcement of law enforcement personnel, or the police forces, particularly after the government of President Viktor Janukowitsch survived the vote of no confidence in the Parliament that obtained a hundred and eighty six votes only than the required two hundred and twenty six votes needed to dissolve the government. However, both the European Union and Russia have intervened in varied ways to support the young Democracy and capital oriented markets, despite the Opposition continued demand gainst the government to relinquish power and call new election in the country.
