CASUALTY RATES IN PROPERTY DAMAGE AND HUMAN LIVES THAT MAY HAVE BEEN LOST DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND THE YEAR'S END HAVE DRAMATICALLY SANK IN ALL THE STATES OF USA.

Casualty rates in property damage and human lives that may have been lost during the holiday season and the year's end have dramatically sank in all the States of USA, despite severe Winter Season weather in the Northern States of USA, when compared to the previous years. The drastic fall in casualty rates during the Season, particularly in festivals, on roads and in homes have been attributed to the mild hurricane season, the legislative approach in gun control and continuous surveillance by the law enforcement personnel against drunk driving, or driving while impaired on the Interstate Highways and on many roads in the various States of USA. However, much construction work that had been done and continue to be done on the Interstate Highways and on many roads, particularly on the newly constructed multi-lanes roads, improved warning signs, guide signs and traffic signals have contributed to the highlighted attributes of safety measures during the holiday Season and the year's end reports.
