THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST UNSPECIFIED PERSONS IN THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT HAS GAINED THE WORLD'S ATTENTION.

THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST UNSPECIFIED PERSONS IN THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT HAS GAINED THE WORLD'S ATTENTION.

The indictment process against un specified persons in the Russian government, particularly the Judiciary system on charges of power and Humanrights abuse directed by the International Criminal Court based in Holland has gained the World's attention on the dispersed Green Peace protest against environmental hazard, specially the off-shore oil rig and gas pipelines leakage in the domestic and International water which transformed habitats and threatened certain aquatic and marine lives with extinction. However, the Russian government responded violently with force and penalties against Green Peace Environmentalists Protest it regarded piracy that must be dealt with accordingly at both the domestic and International levels and arrested over thirty Green Peace Environtental Protection Activists that included Journalists that may have extensively covered the protest at home, or in Russia. The penalty against piracy, or pirates in the Russian enacted legislation has been ruled as fifteen years imprisonment.
