REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL OVERSIGHT BY THE HIGHEST COURT ON BOTH THE GOVERNMENT'S AND OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES POLICY MAKING DECISIONS, DUE TO ABSOLUTE POWER AND CITIZENS OVERWHELMING SUPPORT OF THE CHRISTIAN MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES.

REQUIREMENT FOR GENERAL OVERSIGHT BY THE HIGHEST COURT ON BOTH THE GOVERNMENT'S AND OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES POLICY MAKING MAKING DECISIONS, DUE TO ABSOLUTE POWER AND CITIZENS OVERWHELMING SUPPORT OF THE CHRISTIAN MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES.

Election results and citizens demand for bigger coalition government formation of the country's major Political Parties that comprised of the CDU, the CSU and SPD has been criticized by Political Scientists and Intellectuals as unfair for the required policy making and government's accountability methods, despite the fair and overwhelming election victory of the Christian Political Parties in all the States of Germany which included the Free Southern State of Bayern Munchen. Three hundred and eleven seats in the Parliament's six hundred and and thirty seats have been procured by the Christian Political Parties. One hundred and seventy three seats have gone to the Social Democrats, or the SPD. Sixty five seats for the Green Party, sixty three seats have gone to the Linke, zero seats for the Liberal Democrats and eighteen seats remains for the Pirates Political Party with other political groups that have been accepted for participation in policy making and government's duties. However, both the government's policy making decisions with the enaction of legislations and Opposition's Political Parties accountability methods on government's policies may require the oversight of Germany's Highest Court for the prevention of Constitutional violation, due to absolute power and citizens overwhelming support of the Christian major political parties.
