GOVERNMENTS CONCERN FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION MEASURES AND THEIR IMPLEMENTATION HAVE BEGUN TO SHOW WIDERANGE POSITIVE EFFECT, DESPITE CITIZENS CONCERN FOR RISING ELECTRIC ENERGY COST AND FUTURE POWER OUTAGE.

Governments concern for environmental protection measures, particularly in the Northern Hemisphere has begun to show widerange positve effect in the various fields in which these measures have been implemented, despite citizens concern for rising electric energy cost and future power outage in countries and cities in which rising demand for electric energy consumption has reached an alarming level, due to industrial expansion, higher demand for energy consumption in many households and the recent changes in government's energy policy with the shift from atomic energy as the main source for electric power generation to the environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Wind, the Solar, the Hyro and the Geothermal energy sources that have been implemented by the enaction of legislation and its enforcement, despite citizens concern for rising electric  energy prices and future power outage. However, purchase of new homes built with insulators intended to retain heat and reduce both power consumption and cost of electric energy in the Northern Hemisphere during Winter Season has begun to pick-up as they have proven much effectiveness in cost and power consumption gradual decline.
